Description of Service

Illuvia is a photography portfolio platform that enables photographers to showcase their work, connect with potential clients, and manage bookings. The platform is currently in beta and features may change.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Content Guidelines

When uploading content to Illuvia, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to share all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• You have obtained necessary permissions from individuals depicted in your photos

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Illuvia to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Scrape or collect data from the platform without permission

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Illuvia. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and promote your content as part of the platform's functionality. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Bookings and Transactions

Illuvia facilitates connections between photographers and clients. We are not a party to any agreements or transactions between users. Users are responsible for their own arrangements, payments, and dispute resolution.

Limitation of Liability

Illuvia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
